Q.1      What are the uses of online teaching?

• You can take your session anytime, and from anywhere in the world. You can even choose to continue your study even when you are on vacation.

• It saves time as well as problem of commuting.

• you get personalized ‘one to one’ live teaching, exactly the same as a teacher has come to your home.

 

Q.2      What is the difference between recorded lecture and online teaching?

Ans.

• In online live teaching you can ask question to the teacher, discuss your problems with him/her which means here is two-way interaction while in recorded lecture, you are just a listener.

 

Q.3      What are the requirements for online teachings?

Ans.

• You just require a laptop/PC with headset and stable internet connection.

Q.4      If there is power failure or internet problem, will the class be paid or money will be refunded?

Ans.

• In any such unforeseen circumstances, you won’t have to pay for the time there was any technical issue, and your money will be adjusted in another session.

Q.5      Can I cancel the class via phone call also?

Ans.

•  You can cancel the class via phone call also.

Q.6      How will you help me in correcting my spelling mistakes?

Ans.

•  We shall correct your spellings by using white board.

 

 

Q.7      What is white board?

Ans.

• White-board is a virtual board, just like in class room which is visible both sides. Teacher or student can write over it.

Q.8      What is the pricing plan? Is there any hidden cost also?

Ans.

• All lesson prices are all inclusive and represent the total cost per class (per hour). There is no hidden cost.

Q.9      How do you accept payment?

Ans.

• Via online transfer to bank account. A confirmation mail will be sent upon receipt. We take advance payment for 10 classes. If you wish to quit after taking lesser number of classes your balance amount will be refunded in your account.

Q.10 What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Ans.

• A full refund will be made of the booking fee paid in advance for all lessons cancelled by the teacher. Should you be unable to attend a scheduled session, you will be able to reschedule it to an alternative day or time. A refund will not be made if the session is cancelled by the student. However if the session is disrupted due to some unavoidable circumstances like power failure, internet disconnection or absence of the teacher, you will be eligible for full refund.

Q.11    What if I have to cancel the class?

Ans.

•   If you need to cancel a scheduled session you have to contact us more than 24 hours before the session starts. We the give you the option to get a full refund of the session price or you can use it as credit which you can use to schedule another session on Vedvriksh.com.

Q.12    How can I get in touch with my teacher?

Ans.

• You can contact teacher through email, phone call, or whatsapp messages.

Q.13    Do I need to sign in or login to schedule classes?

Ans.

• Not at all, you can directly contact the director or book the session directly without login etc. as per your convenience.

Q.14    What will be the strategy of lesson plan?

Ans.

• As this is one to one teaching so all the lesson plans are made customised according to the requirement of the learner hence different from each other.

Q.15 How the teacher will check my Home work?

Ans.
